Architects/Engineers/Consultants submitting a letter of interest are required to upload documents directly to the website. If the AE wishes to send a letter of interest please be aware that you will need to be prepared with the following information:
1. Obtain a WisBuild username and password. If you do not have a WisBuild account, please see the section, 'Getting Started' on DSF's AE & Consultants-Registration Info page. Instructions for establishing a temporary WisBuild account are also provided on DSF's AE Solicitation pages, however firms are encouraged to establish a permanent account whenever possible.
2. To submit a letter of interest, you will need to create one letter of interest in either .doc, .xls, .pdf., or .rtf format ONLY for EACH project you are interested in. The title of the document must NOT include spaces, apostrophes, or other special characters.
3. The size of the letter of interest you send may not exceed 10MB. File sizes larger than this will not be able to be uploaded. Please check your file size before submitting.
Your letter of interest may be changed at anytime before the deadline. It will be visible only to the Division of State Facilities, the Selection Committee and the agency initiating the project. You will not be able to view other Architectural/Engineering firms' letters of interest, nor will they be able to view your letters of interest.
You are encouraged to submit your letter of interest earlier in the solicitation period, rather than later, as early submittals may encourage dialogue between your firm, the agency and the DSF staff involved with the project.
