BCN Billing

AT&T invoices each customer directly for the BCN services installed at each site.  Billing for TEACH customers is an exception, AT&T invoices TEACH and TEACH bi-annually invoices each customer the subsidized rate.  If a TEACH customer has bandwidth above the subsidized amount, AT&T will invoice the customer directly the difference between the subsidized amount and the total amount for the site.
