Converged Network (BCN) Advisory Council Charter

The BadgerNet converged network (BCN) Advisory Council advises the Department of Administration as the contract holder and the Wisconsin BadgerNet Access Alliance as the contracted service provider on customer issues related to the network contract, the operation of the network, and the process for developing timely solutions and changes to services provided under the network contract. The Advisory Council will serve as a conduit for customer feedback and guidance to help guarantee success.  The Advisory Council will also provide a forum for communication and planning among education and government agency customers.  Click on Advisory Council Charter link so see the whole document.
