BadgerNet Converged Network (BCN) Web Portal Access
The portal is a secure location for BCN customers to view information about their sites, contacts, services as well as track orders and trouble tickets.

To request access, the site contact or Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for state agencies can send an email to wibadgernet@wisconsin.gov.   Include your name, email address and phone number to expedite processing the request. New portal users will be assigned an ID, temporary password and will be provided with a quick reference guide. The web site for the BCN Web portal is https://my.norlight.com/bcn/login.jsp.

Web portal access is administered by the BCN program management team.  It is important that sites allow access only to authorized employees.  If an employee leaves, it is the site contact or SPOC's responsibility to inform the BCN team that access should be removed by sending an email to wibadgernet@wisconsin.gov.  

If you are locked out of the portal and need your password reset, send an email to WIbadgernet@wisconsin.gov. If you are locked out after hours or on the weekend, contact the BCN Network Management Center at 888-955-2638.
