BadgerNet Converged Network (BCN)


 

This site and associated links provides information about Wisconsin's BadgerNet Converged Network (BCN) and the services it provides.   The BCN is is Wisconsin's state-wide network serving all 72 counties by  providing wide area network, Internet transport and video applications to state government and educational entities in Wisconsin. The BCN also provides network services to municipalities and other governmental entities such as Tribal nations, technical colleges and public and private K-12 schools in various locations in the state.  Questions about the BCN should be sent to WIbadger@wisconsin.gov.

REPORT PROBLEMS

TO THE BCN

NETWORK MANAGEMENT CENTER (NMC)

 

If you have a service on the BCN and are an Authorized User such as a TEACH customer, a technical college, a Tribal nation, municipality, etc. and are experiencing a problem, you should call the BCN's Network Management Center (NMC) to report a problem at 888-955-2638. 

If you are a state agency, please follow your agency's procedure for reporting a problem. 

You can find  general information about the BCN by scrolling down and finding a link pertinent to your questions.  If you have questions not addressed on the web site, send them to WIbadgernet@wisconsin.gov.
