The Bureau of State Risk Management (BSRM) provides risk management and risk financing services to State of Wisconsin agencies.  We provide active leadership to assist all State of Wisconsin agencies in protecting their employes, the general public and the State’s physical assets. Through our highly skilled, dedicated staff we provide guidance and direction to empower state agency staff in preventing losses and minimizing the impact of loss.

Rollie Boeding has served as the Director of the Bureau of State Risk Management since 1991.  BSRM Program Managers include Sherry Rowin, Property & Liability Manager, Rollie Boeding, Interim Safety and Loss Control Manager and Laura Ellingson, Worker's Compensation Program Manager.
