The Bureau of Enterprise Fleet consists of four sections and oversees Central Fleet, Enterprise Fleet, Records Center/Document Sales & Distribution/Inter-Departmental Mail Unit, and Wisconsin Air Services.
- Central Fleet provides over 45 state agencies and campuses with vehicles for short-term rentals, as well as long-term leases to carry out their state business. They also administer the Vanpool/Ridesharing program to assist commuters in their ride to work.
- Enterprise Fleet Services provides technical support, facilitation, coordination, research and analysis to assist the state's Transportation Directors in achieving their goals.
- Records Center/Document Sales & Distribution/Inter-Departmental Mail Unit
- The State Records Center (SRC) is a secure, low-cost facility that offers State agencies and local units of government off-site control over semi-active and inactive records. The SRC's primary function is to serve agency needs for records maintenance, security and disposition. Staff also provide support to the Public Records Board.
- Document Sales and Distribution Unit is recognized as the authorized distributor of legislative and other official documents, providing sales and distribution services of selected publications from many Wisconsin state agencies.
- The Inter-Departmental (Inter-D) Mail Unit offers several services to State government agencies located in Madison. Inter-D sorts and distributes State agency USPS mail to other state agencies throughout Madison. The DOA's Inter-D system also connects with other governmental systems to transfer inter-departmental mail between agencies.
- Wisconsin Air Services maintains a fleet of State owned aircraft for official travel purposes. This facility is conveniently located at the Dane County Regional Airport. State owned aircraft fly to all major domestic cities.
