This unclassified Assistant District Attorney position is a full-time position to be filled in the District Attorney’s office for Marinette County, which is located in Marinette, WI. This is a State position and is in the unclassified service. The starting wage rate is $22.527 per hour (approximately $47,036/year) but may be authorized up to $38.427 per hour (approximately $80,235/year) depending upon a candidate’s qualifications.

Job Knowledge:

Only attorneys who have been admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin may be hired. Attorneys who are currently employed by the State of Wisconsin are invited to apply and may be able to transfer at their current pay rate. Attorneys who have left the position of Wisconsin Assistant District Attorney within the last five years may be able to be hired at a wage rate above the minimum.
