Department of Administration 

Welcome to the Department of Administration
DOA supports other state agencies and programs with services like centralized purchasing and financial management. The department also helps the governor develop and implement the state budget. The ultimate goal of all our programs is to offer Wisconsin residents the most efficient, highest-quality state government services possible.

Biennial Budget 2013-2015
The Department of Administration's State Budget Office provides fiscal and policy analysis in preparing the biennial budget.  It reviews legislation and coordinates fiscal estimates in ensuring the implementation of the state budget is consistent with the intent of the Governor and Legislature.

Office of Business Development

The Office of Business Development helps support job growth in Wisconsin by working with small business owners, trade associations, affiliated organizations and Chambers of Commerce across the state.  They also serve as a liaison between business, the Small Business Regulatory Review Board, the legislature and state agencies.
