Dane County Dairy Cows on the Concourse   6/5/2010
This event will take place on South Hamilton upper sidewalk area from 8 am to 1 pm. Sponsored by the Dane Co. Dairy-Cows on the Concourse.

Madison Veterans Council Memorial Day Ceremony   5/31/2010
Sponsored by the Madison Veteran Council. The ceremony will take place on the State Street upper sidewalk outside the Capitol. Incase of rain, meet inside at the 1st floor rotunda.

Madison Marathon   5/30/2010
The annual Madison marathon will start at Pinckney Street end at Main Street and Martin King Jr. Boulevard beginning at 7 am.

Poster Contest display of Invasive species   5/28/2010-6/10/2010
The Wisconsin Council on Invasive Species will display the winning posters of a 6th grade contest in the 1st floor of the rotunda.

American Red Cross Blood Drive   5/25/2010-5/27/2010
American Red Cross will be hold a blood drive from Tuesday May 25 to Thursday, May 27, 2010 starting at 9:30 to 3:30 pm in the 1st Floor of the rotunda.

Dept of Justice Missing persons recognition ceremony   5/19/2010
The Department of Justice will hold its annual ceremony recognizing missing persons on Wednesday, May 19 on the first floor Rotunda.

Capitol dome lit yellow   5/18/2010-5/31/2010
The Capitol dome will be lit yellow at night from Tuesday, May 18 through Tuesday, June 1 to highlight the Brat Fest Community Fund.

Armed Forces Day Concert   5/15/2010
The Armed Forces Day Concert will feature Wisconsin's 132nd Army National Guard Band. The concert will take place from 9-11 am. It will take place the Capitol Square King Street enterance.

Dane County Transition School Educational Rally   5/15/2010
Parents, Education, Students and Community members are invited to this rally which will begin at the State Street steps of the Capitol starts at Noon on Saturday, May 15, 2010.

Music Performance   5/14/2010

Open Prayer Assembly   5/13/2010
This event will begin on King Street upper sidewalk are from 12-3 pm

Syttende Mai Performance   5/12/2010
This Norwegian Dace Performance and Presentation of the Proclamation to the Syttede Mai Royality will take place outside the King Street Entrance of the State Capitol. From noon to 1pm.

Wisconsin Law Enforcement Memorial   5/7/2010
There will be a ceremony in honor of officers who have died in line of duty from 12-1 pm. Speakers include Governor James E. Doyle, Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen, and Wisconsin State Patrol Superintendent David Collins.

Display on Wisconsin Geological Issues   5/6/2010

National Day of Prayer   5/6/2010
The National Day of Prayer ceremony will be held on the upper State Street enterance of the square. The ceremony is from Noon to 1 pm.

Ceremony and Display of Undergraduate Research   5/4/2010-4/10/2010
There will be a speech given by UW System President Kevin Reilly. The ceremony will be on May 5 from Noon to 1 pm. The display is of undergraduate research from the University of Wisconsin system.

WI Womens Health Foundation   5/1/2010
Fundraiser for Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation will be held in the ground and first floor rotunda from 7:30 pm - Midnight

Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence   5/1/2010
1 mile walk fundraiser from 11 am -1 pm starting from the Capitol at State Street steps with a short ralley at the end.

Plant a tree for Arbor Day    4/30/2010
Join area students and teachers at a tree planting in celebration of Arbor Day. Starting at 10:15 am to 11am at the Corner of Main Street and King street walkway

Elkhorn Elementary School Choir Performance   4/30/2010
On Friday, April 30, 2010 Elkhorn Elementary School Choir will perform on the first floor rotunda at noon.
