About ecatalog system

The State of Wisconsin’s eCatalog system is integrated with the PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system and allows users to create a requisition, "punch-out" to WISBuy to shop, check out, and return to a populated requisition. Users of this system are only state agencies using PeopleSoft that are not using a PCard for payment.

WISBuy will streamline your purchasing activities by allowing you to purchase multiple contracted items at State contracted prices from multiple suppliers in one requisition!
