Objective:	The Lead Hazard Reduction Program assists low- and moderate-income households with children under the age of six to control the hazardous effects of lead-based paints.

Eligibility:	Households must have a gross income beneath 80 percent of the county's median income, and children under age six must reside in the household. For rental properties to be eligible, at least 50 percent of units must be occupied, or available to be occupied, by eligible households.
