GUIDELINES FOR SMALL PROJECTS PROGRAM
These guidelines are are made available to aid state agency staff when considering the submission of a Request for Small Projects. This information may additionally be of value when consultants are retained to work on these projects.

SMALL PROJECTS PROGRAM FUNDING GUIDELINES FOR SPECIFIC TYPES OF WORK
The Specific Funding Guidelines (Section 2 of the Small Project Guidelines) are intended as an aid to agency personnel when considering and preparing small project requests. This section of the guideline identifies specific types of work and projects that will be funded under the small projects program. Included is a definition of the scope of work, examples of acceptable types of projects, identification of preventive maintenance activities which will be funded, and funding priorities.

SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURES FOR SOLICITED BID PROJECTS GUIDELINES
Simplified solicited bid procedures may be used as an alternative bidding process for projects costing less than $150,000. These guidelines should be followed by DSF or the agencies when preparing bid documents and soliciting bids for these projects.

SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURES FOR SOLICITED BID PROJECTS TEMPLATES
These template documents are recommended for use for simplified bidding for projects costing less than $150,000. These template documents require areas in red to be completed as project specific information. Other areas may be modified to suit specific project conditions.

DOLLAR THRESHOLD VALUES FOR CONTRACTING AND BIDDING
Guidelines for use by DSF and agencies when determining appropriate procedures for bidding and contracting. Threshold levels are typically set by state statute or administrative code and are applicable to all state agencies.

CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT FOR SMALL PROJECTS
This abbreviated general conditions can be used for solicited bid, single contract projects costing less than $150,000 under DSF simplified bidding procedures, and would generally apply to agency delegated projects costing less than $40,000.

SMALL PROJECT CLOSEOUT CHECKLIST
This form is filled out and submitted to the DSF project manager by the Agency when a delegated project is completed.

This policy describes policy and procedures for Agencies and Facilities which wish to participate in this program.
