The Office of Charitable Gaming currently has over 2400 crane games registered. Cranes are the familiar amusement devices that reward a player s skill by awarding toys or novelties worth $5 or less as prizes. A one-time fee of $120 is charged for each machine and a registration sticker is issued to be affixed to the game as proof of compliance. Please click on the link below for Crane Game forms.
