The State of Wisconsin Clean Water Fund Program was
established in 1990. In the 1997-1999 budget,
the fund was re-named the "Environmental Improvement
Fund" and includes the Clean Water Fund Program as
well as the Safe Drinking Water Loan Program and
Land Recycling Loan Program.
