The Division of Enterprise Operations (DEO) manages many diverse functions and programs.
- State Bureau of Procurement is responsible for providing statewide contracts for goods and services commonly used by agencies and campuses as well as for the framework for Wisconsin’s procurement policies and procedures. The Bureau sees procurement as a critical element in the organization's operational strategies to create savings and to improve efficiencies that best serve internal and external customers.
- Bureau of Enterprise Fleet oversees the operation of Central Fleet and Wisconsin Air Services, as well as fleet policies, records management, inter-department mail, and state agency document sales and distribution.
- Bureau of State Risk Management administers the State of Wisconsin property, liability and worker's compensation self-funded programs and provides assistance to state agencies by helping to control and reduce losses.
- Supplier Diversity Program, facilitates opportunities for minority and service disabled veteran-owned businesses to sell their goods/services to the state and its agencies or participate in the state building program. The program also manages the State's Woman-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) Certification Program.
